Maybe from the outside, you look like you’re doing just fine.

You’re dependable, capable, and the person everyone knows they can count on.

But underneath it all, you’re exhausted.

You’re overthinking everything, putting everyone else first, and wondering why something that seems so manageable for everyone else feels so hard for you. You tell yourself you should be able to handle it, so you keep pushing, keep pleasing, and keep holding it all together.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold, clinical, or like another place where you have to perform.

This is a space where you can show up as your whole, messy, complicated self without having to have the right words or hold it together.

Together, we’ll look beyond the surface and get curious about where these patterns came from, rather than simply trying to make them disappear.

My goal isn’t just for you to feel better for a little while. It’s for you to feel more like you again -

to trust yourself, understand your needs, set boundaries without the guilt, and move through life with a little more ease. You don’t have to keep losing yourself in the process of being everything to everyone else.

Feel like Yourself Again

Trauma & EMDR Therapy

You don’t need one defining traumatic event for your past to still be affecting you. If you’re always on alert, overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down, or wondering why you react so strongly to certain things, trauma therapy and EMDR can help you understand where those patterns came from - and begin to change them.

Anxiety & Perfectionism

You may look capable and put-together on the outside while your brain is running a mile a minute underneath it all. If you’re constantly overthinking, second-guessing yourself, trying to get everything “right,” or feeling like you should be doing more, therapy can help you understand what’s driving the pressure - not just get better at managing it.

Therapy for Parents

Parenting has a way of bringing everything to the surface, including parts of ourselves we thought we had already figured out. Therapy can help with overwhelm, guilt, reactivity, identity shifts, and the ways your own childhood experiences may be showing up in how you parent today.

Perinatal Mental Health

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, rage, intrusive thoughts, guilt, birth trauma, or simply wondering why this transition feels so much harder than you expected, you deserve a place where you can talk about all of it without judgment.

Depression & Life Transitions

Sometimes you’re still getting everything done, showing up for everyone, and looking completely functional, while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unlike yourself. Therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening underneath the surface, especially during periods of loss, burnout, relationship changes, parenthood, or other major transitions.

Trauma & EMDR Therapy

You’re likely here if…

  • You know your past affects you, even if you have a hard time calling what happened “trauma.”
  • You can explain exactly why you are the way you are, but understanding it hasn’t actually changed how you feel.
  • You have reactions that sometimes feel much bigger than what’s happening in the moment.
  • You’re constantly reading the room, anticipating other people’s moods, or preparing for something to go wrong.
  • You learned early how to be responsible, independent, easy, successful, or “fine.”
  • You have a hard time letting your guard down, even with people you trust.
  • You’re great at taking care of everyone else but uncomfortable needing anything yourself.
  • You replay conversations and wonder if you said too much, did something wrong, or upset someone.
  • You know logically that you’re safe, capable, or worthy - but some part of you still doesn’t believe it.
  • You’ve noticed yourself repeating patterns in relationships that you promised yourself you wouldn’t repeat.
  • You’ve talked about your past before and understand it intellectually, but still feel like you’re carrying it.
  • You don’t just want to cope with the symptoms anymore. You want to understand where they came from and actually work through them.

Anxiety & Perfectionism

You’re likely here if…

  • You’re the person everyone counts on - and you’re exhausted.
  • You look confident and capable on the outside while questioning yourself constantly underneath.
  • Your brain can turn one awkward interaction into a three-day investigation.
  • You put enormous pressure on yourself to get things “right.”
  • You’ve accomplished a lot, but somehow the finish line keeps moving.
  • You feel guilty resting when there are things you could be doing.
  • You say yes when you’re already overwhelmed because disappointing someone feels worse than overextending yourself.
  • You prepare, plan, research, rehearse, or overthink because being caught off guard feels unbearable.
  • You’re incredibly compassionate toward other people and unbelievably hard on yourself.
  • You worry that if you stop pushing yourself, you’ll become lazy, fall behind, or let everyone down.
  • You know you’re overwhelmed, but asking for help somehow feels harder than just doing it yourself.
  • You’re tired of spending so much energy trying to be good enough, productive enough, helpful enough, or liked enough.
  • You want a life that actually feels good - not just one that looks good from the outside.

Therapy for Parents

You may be ready for support if…

  • You love your kids deeply and sometimes feel completely overwhelmed by being needed all the time.
  • You hear yourself reacting in ways you swore you never would and think, Where did that come from?
  • Your child’s big emotions bring up surprisingly big emotions in you.
  • You’re trying to parent differently than you were parented but don’t always know what “different” is supposed to look like.
  • You feel guilty about losing your patience, needing space, working too much, not doing enough - basically, there’s always something to feel guilty about.
  • You carry the mental load for everyone and resent that you have to ask for help in the first place.
  • You’re constantly thinking about what your kids need and can’t remember the last time you asked yourself what you need.
  • You worry that one bad moment means you’re somehow messing up your child.
  • You’re overstimulated, touched out, depleted, or snapping over things that normally wouldn’t bother you.
  • You’re trying so hard to give your children something different that parenting has started bringing up your own childhood.
  • You miss parts of who you were before everyone needed something from you.
  • You want to be a good parent without feeling like you have to be a perfect one.

Perinatal Mental Health

You’re likely here if…

  • You thought pregnancy, postpartum, or becoming a parent would feel different than this.
  • You love your baby and you’re struggling - and those two things feel difficult to hold at the same time.
  • Your mind immediately jumps to everything that could possibly go wrong.
  • You finally get a chance to rest and somehow still can’t turn your brain off.
  • You’re overwhelmed by how much pressure there is to do everything “right.”
  • You feel guilty for being anxious, angry, resentful, disconnected, or anything other than grateful.
  • You don’t quite recognize yourself since becoming a mom.
  • You’re touched out, overstimulated, exhausted, or much more irritable than you used to be.
  • Your birth, pregnancy, fertility journey, loss, or postpartum experience didn’t happen the way you imagined, and you’re still carrying it.
  • Becoming a parent has changed your relationship in ways you weren’t prepared for.
  • Everyone seems interested in how the baby is doing while you’re quietly wondering, Does anyone see how I’m doing?
  • You want to enjoy this part of your life without feeling like you have to pretend every part of it is beautiful.

Depression & Life Transitions

You’re likely here if…

  • From the outside, you’re still functioning. Inside, you know something feels off.
  • You’re doing what needs to get done, but you don’t feel particularly connected to any of it.
  • Things that used to feel exciting or meaningful suddenly feel like more things on your to-do list.
  • You’re exhausted in a way that sleep doesn’t seem to fix.
  • You keep thinking, I have a good life. Why don’t I feel better?
  • You’ve spent so long being productive or taking care of other people that you’re not entirely sure what you want anymore.
  • A change in your career, relationship, family, identity, or stage of life has left you feeling surprisingly unsteady.
  • You’re grieving something; a person, a relationship, an old version of yourself, or the life you thought you would have.
  • You’re going through the motions while wondering when you’re going to feel like yourself again.
  • You feel guilty because other people “have it worse,” so you minimize what you’re going through.
  • You’ve reached a point where pushing through isn’t working the way it used to.
  • You don’t necessarily need your entire life to change. You just want to feel more present in the life you already have.

What Therapy Looks like Here

Therapy that feels like talking to a real person.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold, clinical, or like you’re sitting across from someone who just nods and takes notes. I believe you can do meaningful, deep work while still laughing, being yourself, and occasionally saying, “Okay, but what the hell is actually going on here?”

Real over perfect

You don’t need to show up with everything figured out. You can come exactly as you are: messy, overwhelmed, unsure, or having absolutely no idea what you need.

Deep work, without the therapy-speak

I’m interested in what’s underneath the surface, not just helping you manage symptoms forever. We’ll make sense of where your patterns came from and work toward lasting change.

Honest, with a little humor

I’ll meet you with compassion, but I won’t just tell you what you want to hear. Sometimes you need validation. Sometimes you need a gentle reality check. And sometimes you need to laugh because, honestly, what else can you do?

A space where you can finally exhale

You spend enough of your life taking care of everyone else and holding it all together. Therapy should be one place where you don’t have to perform, pretend, or have it all figured out.

A minimalist illustration of an armchair and a potted plant.

My approach is warm, honest, and rooted in getting to the why behind what you’re experiencing.

Think of it like talking to a friend who has really good insight - but with the training to help you actually understand your patterns, challenge the ones that aren’t serving you, and work through what’s underneath them.

Let's connect

Hi, I'm Alexandra

I genuinely believe that human connection is the catalyst for real healing.

Too often, therapy can feel clinical, stiff, or like you’re being studied from across the room. While that approach works for some, I know firsthand that it doesn’t work for everyone. I was one of the people who needed something different, and that experience shaped the kind of therapist I wanted to become: warm, real, honest, and deeply human. I do this work because I want to be part of creating the kind of therapeutic relationship where people can finally feel safe enough to be themselves, go deeper, and actually heal.

Meet Alexandra

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you reach out.

Maybe you’ve been thinking about therapy for a while. Maybe you’re not even sure exactly what you need - you just know something has to change. You don’t have to have the right words or a perfect explanation. Reach out, tell me a little about what’s going on, and we’ll take it from there.

Let’s start with a conversation.
